When you complete the contact form we receive your name, email address, the service you selected, your message, and a phone number if you choose to give one. If you contact us by email, LinkedIn or WhatsApp we receive whatever that platform passes to us.
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of work we have discussed or delivered. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We measure page visits so we can see which pages are useful and which are not. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you personally.
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick things up if you return. Ask us to delete your record and we will.
You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to erase it. Write to info@redwiresys.com and we will action it.
