The content here is provided for information. We keep it accurate and current, but nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of a particular result.
The brand, site, content and campaign assets, the words, the logo files, the documentation, are delivered to you on completion and belong to you. We keep the right to show the work publicly as part of our portfolio, unless we have agreed in writing not to.
Anything you supply stays yours. You confirm you have the right to give it to us for the agreed use.
Scope is agreed in writing before work starts. The price you approve is the price you pay. Anything added later is a new decision, and it is yours to make.
Some deliverables depend on platforms we do not control, such as hosting, ad platforms and email providers. Their terms and their availability sit outside our control.
